1. Service description
RentLens provides AI-powered analysis of rental listings on Zillow and Apartments.com. Results are data-driven estimates — not professional real estate, financial, or legal advice.
2. Accounts
Valid email required. You are responsible for your account security. We use passwordless OTP authentication.
3. Credits and payments
- Credits purchased in advance, deducted per analysis
- Credits do not expire
- Time passes expire as described at purchase
- No refunds on used credits or expired passes
- Payments processed by Stripe
4. Accuracy disclaimer
Scores are estimates based on available data and AI interpretation. Market comparisons use Zillow ZORI data and may not reflect current conditions. Always conduct your own due diligence before signing a lease.
5. Acceptable use
No scraping, no automation, no credential sharing, no commercial resale. Boston-area listings only until additional cities are launched.
6. Intellectual property
RentLens name, logo, and methodology are proprietary. Listing data belongs to respective platforms.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts violating these terms. Close your account: rentlensapp@gmail.com
8. Limitation of liability
Service provided as-is. Not liable for leasing decisions, inaccurate data, or interruptions. Maximum liability capped at amounts paid in the 30 days prior.
